Can I log in to Music Choice on my Smart TV using my cable account?

If you have a current cable subscription:

If you have access to Music Choice through your cable provider, your existing account is not yet compatible with our Smart TV app. We are working on expanding our compatibility across multiple platforms, so check back regularly for updates.


If you no longer have an active cable subscription:

If you are a former cable customer, Music Choice is available for purchase on your VIZIO or Samsung Smart TV. To use the same email address as your old account, you must first delete your old profile. You can then create a new account using the same email address.


Please note: when you delete your profile, all favorites and listening history will be permanently deleted. If you do not want to delete your profile, you can simply create a new account using a different email address.


How to delete a profile associated with an old cable account:

If you no longer have access to Music Choice through your cable provider, you can delete your profile from the Music Choice Dashboard.


Step 1: Visit www.dashboard.musicchoice.com and enter your login details.


Step 2: Select "Profile" from the left-hand menu, and "Edit Profile" in the top-right corner.



Step 3: Select "Delete Profile"



Step 4: Select "Yes, Delete my profile"
