How do I reactivate my canceled Music Choice subscription?

This information applies only to the Music Choice TV app purchased through a Smart TV. Customers who receive Music Choice through their cable TV provider do not pay a subscription fee for the core Music Choice service, but only for add-on services.



If you paid for your subscription with your Music Choice profile

Step 1: Go to Dashboard

Go to https://dashboard.musicchoice.com from your computer or mobile device. Enter the email and PIN for your Music Choice profile.



Step 2: Subscription Management

Click on ‘Subscriptions’ in the left menu, then select ‘Manage Subscription’. You’ll be taken to the Billing page.



Step 3: Reactivate Subscription

Find the Subscription you’d like to reactivate and click on ‘Reactivate Subscription’. You’ll be prompted to confirm, go ahead and hit ‘Reactivate Subscription’. Your Subscription is now active!





If you paid for your subscription with your Vizio Account

Step 1: Sign into your Vizio account at https://www.vizio.com/en/account/login and navigate to ‘Subscriptions & Purchases’.


Step 2: Click on ‘Renew’ next to the subscription you’d like to reactivate. Click on ‘Renew Subscription’. You’ll be shown a confirmation prompt with your subscription information. Click on ‘Confirm’.





Step 3: You will be asked to re-enter your password. Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed with the reactivation.
