I subscribed to Music Choice+ but I can't access it on my mobile device

Please log out of your Music Choice profile and close the app. Reopen the app and log back in using your profile you created your Music Choice+ account with.

Xfinity customers:

If you activated your Music Choice+ account with only a guest profile, go to Music Choice on your X1 box and set up a profile. Now you can log into that profile on the Music Choice app and Music Choice+ will be avaiable to you.
