I was charged for Music Choice+ while on a free trial.
If you are seeing a charge for Music Choice+ included on your monthly cable bill after subscribing for a Music Choice+ free trial, your free trial has ended.
You are not eligible for a free trial if you have already had Music Choice+. Your plan automatically renews at the end of your trial unless you cancel it.
To check your subscription plan, you must do so by using your remote on the X1 On Demand menu.
