I was charged for Music Choice+ but never subscribed.

You or someone in your household may have subscribed to a Music Choice+ free trial. Your plan automatically renews at the end of your trial unless you cancel it.

To change your subscription plan or to cancel:


To change your plan or cancel, you must by using your remote on the X1 On Demand menu.

The steps to take to change your plan:

  • Go to the profile dashboard here, click profile in our navigation items or using the web address

  • Sign in to your Music Choice profile

  • From the left hand navigation, select “Available Plans” under PLUS heading

  • Select the plan you wish to change to and follow the prompts to confirm your changes .

To cancel your plan, you must call 1-844-XTREAM5
