I can't sign in using my TV provider account.
If you're having trouble connecting your cable TV account to listen to Music Choice for free, make sure you're following these steps:
Click the "Sign in" button.
Select your provider from the list. If you do not see your provider listed on this screen, please click the "View All Providers" button to view a list of all TV providers that offer Music Choice.
Note: If you are connecting a TV provider, do not enter your TV account credentials into the fields at the top of this screen. TV account credentials are only accepted by clicking on the name of your provider and signing in when redirected to your provider's login screen.
You will then be taken to log in using your TV account credentials. This is the same account you use to pay your bill online, etc. Once you've successfully logged in, you can enjoy Music Choice for free!
Please note: Music Choice does not have access to TV account details. If you do not know your TV account credentials, please reach out to your provider for help.
