I am a Music Choice For Business customer, and I'm having playback issues.
If you're having trouble with the music not playing in your business, follow these quick troubleshooting steps to resolve playback issues or connectivity errors
Make sure all cables are plugged in and a music channel has been selected.
Turn up the volume button.
Try clicking on a different channel.
Close the app, and restart.
Does the location have enough bandwidth to support streaming?
If the speaker doesn’t work, check the audio cable or try a different one.
Try raising the volume on the amp.
Is there a firewall on the system?
Are you allowed to stream content?
Is there a dedicated electrical power outlet for the device to connect to?
