Music Choice+ Status Update

As of Tuesday, April 2, Music Choice+ services have been impacted as one of our partner platforms that delivers music has been compromised.  They are actively working to resolve this issue and restore service as quickly as possible.


The technology in question is not connected to your account in any way. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.


Update 04/17/24: Our music partner is continuing to troubleshoot the issue, and we hope to restore your service soon. We're working with Xfinity to issue you a one-month Music Choice+ credit on an upcoming cable bill.


 

We will keep this page updated on the status of Music Choice+. In the meantime, you can still access our free channels and playlists without interruption.
