Music Choice “CMA AWARDS DREAM TRIP” Sweepstakes 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. MILITARY INSTALLATIONS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Entry Period/Sponsor: Music Choice “CMA AWARDS DREAM TRIP” Sweepstakes commences at 9:00AM (ET) on Monday, September 28, 2026, and ends at 11:59PM (ET) on Sunday, October 18, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor: Music Choice, 110 Gibraltar Road #223, Horsham, PA 19044 (“Sponsor”). Prize Provider: Curb Records (“Prize Provider”).
2. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. If the entrant is a minor based on the laws in the state where entrant resides (“Minor”), entrant needs to obtain permission from his/her parent/legal guardian to enter. Employees and their immediate families (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and members of their households (whether or not related) of Sponsor, and any other entities participating in the design, advertising, promotion, marketing, administration, or fulfillment agencies, including without limitation, the Prize Provider (collectively “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter Sweepstakes. Void to residents of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries and where prohibited by law.
3. To Enter: If you are a cable subscriber with access to Music Choice on your TV, you may enter the Sweepstakes by scanning a QR code you see on a Music Choice audio music channel with your mobile device. It will prompt you to open the Sweepstakes entry page for this Sweepstakes (the “Website”). Once on that page, fill out the required information fields in the online entry form, follow the on-line directions, and click on the “Submit” button to enter the Sweepstakes.
You may also enter the Sweepstakes from a Music Choice social media post, e-mail blast or push notification by clicking on the notification or the link in the post or e-mail opening the Website. Once on that page, fill out the required information fields in the online entry form, follow the on-line directions, and click on the “Submit” button to enter the Sweepstakes.
Eligible entrants who enter the Sweepstakes using the e-mail address associated with an active Music Choice account will automatically receive ten (10) bonus entries, in addition to their one (1) standard entry, for a total of eleven (11) entries. Entrants who do not have an active Music Choice account, or who do not enter using the e-mail address associated with their active Music Choice account, will receive one (1) standard entry, subject to these Official Rules.
You may only submit one (1) Website entry form per person during the Entry Period. All Website entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. The Website’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for online entries in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed void. In the event of a dispute, the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes.
You may also enter by hand printing your full name, zip code, birth year, e-mail address, and, if applicable, cable provider, and how you heard about this Sweepstakes (e.g., the specific MUSIC CHOICE® Television channel, the Music Choice website, from a friend, etc.) on a 3” x 5” card and mailing it in a first-class postage prepaid envelope to “CMA Award Dream Trip Sweepstakes,” 650 Dresher Road, Horsham, PA 19044. You will receive one (1) standard entry into this Sweepstakes for each properly completed card received by Sponsor as provided herein, provided that no more than one (1) entry submission per person during the Entry Period will be accepted. If the e-mail address provided on the 3” x 5” card is associated with an active Music Choice account, the entrant will automatically receive ten (10) bonus entries, in addition to their one (1) standard entry, for a total of eleven (11) entries. Subject to the immediately foregoing sentences, all written entries must be postmarked by Sunday, October 18, 2026, and received by Sponsor before 5:00 PM (ET) on Monday, October 19, 2026.
For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) entry submission (via the Website or a written entry) per person during the Entry Period is permitted. Eligible entrants whose submitted e-mail address is associated with an active Music Choice account will receive ten (10) bonus entries for a maximum total of eleven (11) entries into the Sweepstakes. All other eligible entrants will receive one (1) standard entry. Any other attempt at Internet, e-mail or mail entry (i.e., other than as expressly set forth in this paragraph 3) is void.
The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. All entries (Website or written) shall become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. By entering, participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of Sponsor. Entries submitted in compliance with these rules will be herein referred to as “Eligible Entries.”
4. Grand Prize Winner Selection/Notification: There will be (1) grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) randomly selected on or around Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from among all the Eligible Entries received. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts over the twenty-four (24) hour period following the potential Grand Prize Winner’s selection to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner. If a potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached during such twenty-four (24) hour period, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected from among the remaining applicable Eligible Entries received if time permits.
5. Grand Prize Winner Verification: The potential Grand Prize Winner must prove eligibility, including, without limitation, proof of age and residence for prize fulfillment purposes within one (1) day of being notified as a potential Grand Prize Winner. In the event of non-compliance by the potential Grand Prize Winner, such potential Grand Prize Winner shall be disqualified and all privileges otherwise due as the Grand Prize Winner shall be terminated and an alternative potential Grand Prize Winner may be chosen from among all of the remaining applicable eligible entries received in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign (his/her parent/legal guardian must sign if Grand Prize Winner is a Minor) within one (1) day of receipt of such documents from Sponsor: (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release of the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability, loss, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with these Sweepstakes or the use/misuse or acceptance of the Grand Prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the Grand Prize; and (b) except where prohibited by law, a promotional release granting the Sweepstakes Entities the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into these Sweepstakes constitutes agreement to sign such releases. Grand Prize Winner also must acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the Grand Prize and that the Grand Prize Winner (his/her parent/legal guardian must sign if Grand Prize Winner is a Minor) will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other form of insurance relating to the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner must also complete any additional legal documents provided by Sponsor (or third party on its behalf, if applicable) with respect to the Grand Prize and return them as instructed within the timeframe specified or Grand Prize Winner may forfeit the Grand Prize at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All decisions of Sponsor relating to these Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to delay the announcement of the Grand Prize Winner for creative or technical reasons or for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
6. Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Nashville, Tennessee, to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and their one (1) guest (the “Guest”). If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept Grand Prize. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; (ii) deluxe lodging at Margaritaville Resort in downtown Nashville; (iii) admission for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum; (iv) an open-top double-decker sightseeing bus adventure; (v) admission for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the Historic Johnny Cash Museum; (vi) a Music Row experience; (vii) honky tonking and nightclubs; (viii) access to the Lower Broadway entertainment, shopping and dining district; (ix) a welcome reception and bon voyage party; (x) airport and Music Row shuttles; (xi) airport greetings; (xii) group meeting, greetings and introductions; (xiii) a comprehensive trip winner information and safety kit; (xiv) trip participant laminates and lanyards; (xv) a trip winner congratulations telephone call from J.D.; (xvi) a trip winner congratulations email newsletter; (xvii) trip staff; (xviii) VIP hospitality; (xix) host and escort at all events; (xx) general trip supervision; and (xxi) 24-hour-a-day emergency access (collectively, “Grand Prize”).
The Grand Prize does not include meals, telephone calls, tips, personal expenses or other incidental expenses except as expressly specified above. Any transportation, meals, activities, services or expenses not expressly identified as part of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Guest.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is USD $4,000.00, depending on the time of travel and departure location. The ARV is subject to change based on current market conditions at the time of Grand Prize fulfillment, the time of travel and the distance between departure and destination. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. If, for any reason, the Prize Provider is unable to provide all or a portion of the Grand Prize, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component of comparable or greater value. No other substitution, transfer or cash equivalent is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right not to award the Grand Prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of eligible entries were received during the Entry Period. If the Grand Prize Winner is not available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner privileges and the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, if time permits. The Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor. The Guest traveling with the Grand Prize Winner must, at the time of Grand Prize fulfillment, be the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Sponsor may require proof of age and identity and, where applicable, the signature of a parent or legal guardian and other documentation in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor and Prize Provider will determine the airline and hotel in their sole discretion. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. Sponsor shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, diversions, substitutions, or any acts or omissions by air carriers, hotels, transportation companies, event organizers or any other persons or entities providing services or accommodations in connection with the Grand Prize. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to baggage. All travel and Event dates are subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If for any reason the Event or any Grand Prize-related event, activity or experience is delayed, cancelled, unavailable or postponed, Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion and/or substitute the affected portion of the Grand Prize with a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize is expected to be fulfilled on or around November 17–19, 2026, subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. General Terms: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the winner’s permission (and, if a Minor, parent/legal guardian’s permission on winner’s behalf) for Sponsor to use winner’s name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by the winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrant agrees (and, if a Minor, parent/legal guardian agree on entrant’s behalf) on his/her behalf, and on behalf of his/her respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, costs or expenses whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and prize delivery. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, in which case prizes will be awarded via random drawings from among all Eligible Entries received prior to cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Official Rules, or attempts to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way. NEITHER SPONSOR NOR THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (UNLESS SPONSOR PROVIDES THE PRIZE WINNER WITH WRITTEN WARRANTIES). FURTHER, NO RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.
8. Disputes: Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflicts of law provisions and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
9. Request for Name of Grand Prize Winners and Official Rules: To obtain list of winners or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Music Choice, Attn: Music Choice CMA Awards Dream Trip Sweepstakes, Music Choice, 110 Gibraltar Road #223, Horsham, PA 19044. All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the name of the Grand Prize Winner must be made by Friday, October 16, 2026. Please note on the outer, front, left-hand corner of your envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Grand Prize Winner”.
10. PRIVACY POLICY: ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S CONSENT TO USE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM THE ENTRANT FOR PURPOSES OF ADMINISTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES TO WHICH ENTRANT MAY CONSENT AS OUTLINED HEREIN OR ON SPONSOR'S WEBSITE. ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO SPONSOR AS PART OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE TREATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY, AVAILABLE AT https://musicchoice.com/legal/privacy-policy/
11. Restrictions: Sponsor shall not be liable to any winner or any person claiming through such winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Sponsor: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Music Choice, Music Choice, 110 Gibraltar Road #223, Horsham, PA 19044. Inquiries (whether questions, comments or complaints) should be directed to Sponsor at the aforementioned address.
Any third party trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective trademark owners. The use or mention of such third party trademarks in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes is solely for descriptive purposes and shall in no way imply an endorsement or sponsorship of the Sweepstakes. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and the information you provide will only be used in accordance with the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.
