Love Meter we want to know how you feel by
texting in Love, Like, Lame or Loser. Once
you’ve rated watch the video until the end
to see the outcome! For SWRVdown we want
you to tell us if the Sneak Peek videos are
HOT or NOT, so just text the word LOVE or
HATE to 79787 when prompted.

When you navigate to the webpage, if the show
you would like to rate is currently playing in
the live TV box, then follow the prompts and
tell us what you think.

Upload Your Photo
Do you have a special Vid-ication to share or want to FaceOff With A Friend?
You can do that and more by uploading your photo to swrv.tv! It’s easy to do:
• Before you can get started uploading pics, you’ll need to register with us
• (If you don’t have an account yet, click here.)
• Once you're signed in, go to the show page you want to interact with
• Click the browse button to search your computer for the image you want to upload
• Once you have the image selected click ok on the browser window
• The location for your image will be listed in text next to the browse button
• Now just click Upload and you’re done!

• Your photo must be a jpeg, gif, or tiff and has to be under 8 MB in size
• Don’t send any photos you don’t have permission to use
• Keep it PG! No nudity, foul gestures… you get the point

to know the exact rate for sending a text message. Just know that SWRV doesn’t charge anything for you to text in to
us (whether it’s to vote, rate or comment). Have an unlimited plan? Then you’re clear of any additional charges from
SWRV so feel free to get your text on!
Didn’t get a message back after texting in to us? Don’t worry! You won’t get a bounce back message
from SWRV every time you text in. We’re working hard to get your votes, rates and comments heard
but we’ll check back in with you after some time so keep your texts coming!

How many times can I send a comment to SWRV?
You can send in comments as often as you'd like.
How do I know my vote has been counted?
Your message will be counted if you are a wireless subscriber from a participating carrier, you text your vote during the valid voting window, and you have texted in the video or matchup code correctly. If you vote outside the voting window, your votes won’t count.

Live Streaming FAQs
I’m registered with SWRV but I can’t see videos… what’s up with that?
If you’re already a registered user of SWRV but you still can’t view videos,
it’s because you don’t have a Cox Broadband account. Currently SWRV is only
available to those who have a Cox Broadband account. To get Cox High-Speed
Internet service visit www.cox.com for more info.
My player says "buffering" and the videos keep starting and stopping. What can I do?
If the live TV box continues to be interrupted or doesn’t load at all, first check your internet connection. If your internet connection isn’t the problem keep in mind we recommend a high-speed connection to view the stream properly; slower connections may cause the content to constantly buffer or never load.
